AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Supervisor for the PACE Center in Los Angeles to oversee operational areas and ensure efficient, compliant service delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration across clinical and support disciplines to support caregivers and program participants. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and at least two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, with preference for bilingual abilities and a current BLS certification.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred; license if clinical degree.
• Minimum of 2 years' supervision/management experience in healthcare.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, therapists.
• Experience in process/quality improvement projects preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Support all operational areas at the assigned PACE Center site.
• Assist with staff selection, retention, and budgeting processes.
• Coordinate care with internal and external resources to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support care coordination and administrative tasks across departments.
