AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a PACE Care Center Supervisor to manage clinical support, participant care, and center activities at the AltaMed PACE Center in California.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver compliant health and social services. The role requires 2+ years in healthcare supervision, a relevant bachelor's degree, and licensure if holding a clinical degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; clinical degree requires license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or management experience in healthcare or related field.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, therapy disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical, personal care, recreational therapies, administrative and nutritional services at the AltaMed PACE Center.
• Ensure efficient operations per licensing standards and coordinate care with internal and external resources.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to staff selection and retention; assist budgeting.

Job description

Job Overview

The PACE Care Center Supervisor supports all aspects of selected operational areas at the assigned site. These include clinical support, participant personal care, recreational therapies, administrative, nutritional, participant transportation, and day center activities, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of health care and social services at the AltaMed PACE Center. The role is accountable for achieving efficient operations per licensing and regulatory standards, contributing to staff selection and retention, managing annual budgets, leading process improvement efforts, and coordinating care with internal and external resources.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration or another health care discipline (preferred).
• License required if holding a clinical degree.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management position in healthcare or a related field.
• Experience working collaboratively with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, or gerontology.
• Experience in process or quality improvement projects or activities preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred depending on site location.
• Valid BLS certification or higher (AHA or American Red Cross).

Compensation

$68,640.00 - $84,936.18 annually. The range is subject to change and reflects budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications and other considerations. The role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
