The PACE Care Center Supervisor supports all aspects of selected operational areas at the assigned site. These include clinical support, participant personal care, recreational therapies, administrative, nutritional, participant transportation, and day center activities, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of health care and social services at the AltaMed PACE Center. The role is accountable for achieving efficient operations per licensing and regulatory standards, contributing to staff selection and retention, managing annual budgets, leading process improvement efforts, and coordinating care with internal and external resources.
$68,640.00 - $84,936.18 annually. The range is subject to change and reflects budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications and other considerations. The role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
