Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks a PACE Buyer - Buyers Desk to join a high-volume procurement team in New York. You will manage end-to-end procurement requests, create purchase orders, coordinate vendors, and prepare invoices to support growth in entertainment and tech space.

Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, have keen attention to detail, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver efficient, compliant purchasing services to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in procurement operations or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar P2P platforms.
• Proficiency in PO creation, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
• Knowledge of GL accounts, cost centers, project codes, and payment terms.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize amidst a high request volume.

Join the client as a PACE Buyer - Buyers Desk and be a pivotal part of a dynamic, high-volume procurement team driving efficiency and excellence in internal purchasing operations. In this role, you'll manage end-to-end procurement requests, ensuring seamless execution from intake through purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and invoice readiness-supporting the client's ambitious growth in the entertainment and tech space. Your expertise will help streamline procurement processes, uphold compliance, and deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

Job Details

Duration: 6 months contract W2-potential extension

Pay Rate: $25-$30 hourly W2

Hybrid 3x a week onsite in NY

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in procurement operations, procure-to-pay execution, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar P2P platforms
• Proficiency in purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and invoice processing
• Knowledge of GL accounts, cost centers, project codes, and payment terms
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize amidst a high request volume

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with procurement intake or vendor assessment tools
• Direct Coupa experience including invoice exception handling and supplier portal support
• Background working with FP&A on month-end accruals and prepaid transactions
• Procurement experience in media, tech, or entertainment sectors

Preferred Education and Experience

• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1-2+ years of hands-on procurement or finance experience, ideally within a global or multi-entity environment

Estimated Min Rate: $25.00

Estimated Max Rate: $30.00
