Job summary

Yoh is seeking an IT/Financial Analyst in Plano, TX for a 12+ month hybrid contract. The role blends IT finance, procurement workflow oversight, contract administration, and vendor-spend management.

Responsibilities include budgeting, month-end close support, FP&A activities, and financial modeling. The candidate will use SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, and Essbase with advanced Excel for analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of experience in financial analysis, finance operations, project financial management, or a related role; technology or product-focused environment preferred.
• Experience supporting FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, accruals, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop business cases and financial analyses for new initiatives, including ROI and value calculations; track and report results quarterly.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and A&F to support month-end close, financial forecasting, and budget planning.
• Assist with month-end close by preparing accruals and ensuring accuracy of financial reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis, including variance explanations, vendor comparisons, cost-saving opportunities, and resource-mix analysis.
• Support the DI Hub project-management tool to unify financial reporting, resource management, and contract management.
• Track product-team contracts in Ariba, monitor purchase orders, budget spend, and renewals for timely processing.
• Maintain accurate team rosters and coordinate onboarding requests.

Need a balance of IT Fincial portfolio management, procurement workflows, contract administration, and vendor-spend oversight.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with leadership to develop business cases and financial analyses for new initiatives, including ROI and value calculations; track and report results on a quarterly basis.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and A&F to support month-end close, financial forecasting, and budget-planning activities.
• Assist with the month-end close process by preparing and reviewing accruals and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis, including variance explanations, vendor comparisons, cost-savings opportunities, and onshore/offshore resource-mix analysis.
• Support the development and ongoing data quality of the DI Hub project-management tool, which brings financial reporting, resource management, and contract management into a single application.
• Submit and monitor product-team contracts in Ariba, and track related purchase orders, budget spend, and upcoming renewals to support timely processing, compliance, and effective financial management.
• Maintain accurate team rosters and coordinate onboarding requests to support a smooth new-hire experience.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Two or more years of experience in financial analysis, finance operations, project financial management, or a related role; experience in a technology or product-focused environment is preferred.
• Experience supporting financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Ability to develop business cases and financial models that support investment decisions, new initiatives, and portfolio planning.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify and communicate risks, trends, cost-saving opportunities, vendor comparisons, and resource-mix insights.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, reporting, and budget tracking.
• Experience managing contracts, purchase orders, and renewals; familiarity with procurement systems such as Ariba.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, financial reporting integrity, and process compliance.
