Yoh Services LLC is seeking a PACE Buyer for the Buyers Desk to support a fast-paced procurement team in NY. You will manage end-to-end procurement requests, from intake to PO creation, vendor coordination, and invoice readiness, driving efficiency for internal stakeholders in entertainment and tech spaces.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to internal controls while supporting Yoh's expansive client network and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement operations, procure-to-pay execution, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar P2P platforms.
• Proficiency in purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
• Knowledge of GL accounts, cost centers, project codes, and payment terms.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize amidst a high request volume.

• Manage end-to-end procurement requests from intake through PO creation and invoice readiness.
