Job summary

ADC Therapeutics is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to liaison with internal and external customers and provide medical and scientific information on ADCT’s products and pipeline. You will develop peer-level relationships with researchers, payers, and HCPs at national, regional, and local levels.

The role reports to the Head of Field Medical Affairs and Medical Communications. The Pacific Northwest territory (WA, OR, ID, AK) requires field-based work with substantial travel and a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD or PhD) preferred.
• MSL experience required.
• Previous experience within hematology oncology preferred.
• Proven ability to create and sustain relationships with industry leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and work effectively with minimal supervision in a changing environment.
• Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG and other guidelines.
• Good understanding of clinical development and ICH-GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide credible, balanced, scientific information about ADCT and its product, pipeline, and development.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in the field.
• Develop territory plans to initiate and maintain relationships with KOLs and HCPs.
• Maintain medical expertise in hematology/oncology clinical practice.
• Cover sessions and collect insights at scientific congresses.
• Demonstrate understanding of disease state, therapeutic landscape, and clinical data.
