Job summary

ADC Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to liaise with healthcare professionals and researchers, delivering medical information on our products and pipeline. The role emphasizes scientific leadership and field-based engagement.

Located within the pre-specified regional territory, this field-based position requires 50–60% travel. You will build KOL relationships while staying current with hematology/oncology practice and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD or PhD) preferred.
• MSL experience required.
• Previous experience in hematology/oncology preferred.
• Proven ability to create and sustain relationships with industry leaders.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and work with minimal supervision in a changing environment.
• Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG and other guidelines.
• Good understanding of the clinical development process and ICH-GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare professionals with credible, balanced, scientific information about ADCT and its product, pipeline, and research activities.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in the field.
• Develop territory plans to initiate and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Providers (HCPs).
• Maintain medical expertise and understanding of hematology/oncology clinical practice.
• Cover sessions and collect insights at scientific congresses.
• Develop competencies in communication of disease state, therapeutic landscape, clinical data, MOA, and RWE.
• Maintain highest ethical and professional standards per guidelines.
• Collaborate with key functional leaders and project teams to build successful teams.
• Ensure alignment across functions by working with stakeholders.
