• Flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong problem-solving, consensus-building and decision-making.
• Proficiency with database software and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day PAC operations ensuring timely, accurate energy assistance delivery.
• Monitor program volume, staffing, workflows and service levels; adjust as needed.
• Analyze data, trends and outcomes to remove barriers and improve processes.
• Lead PAC team with coaching and performance development.
• Foster relationships with UWSCMI, partners, and stakeholders to maximize impact.
• Design training modules for staff on processes and eligibility rules.
• Develop strategic plan goals for the program in alignment with UWSCMI mission.
• Manage program budgets in line with grants and priorities.
• Ensure grants and reporting meet requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with vendors for IT, databases, and communications systems.
