Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Relief Sales Manager for the Greater Hanover and Lancaster, PA area to drive up-selling and fulfillment across key retail accounts.

This role emphasizes execution, merchandising, and retention of large-format and on-premise customers, with responsibilities including promotional participation, shelf reallocations, and POS placement to maximize brand presence. This position requires travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds; compensation

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service in retail or sales with targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth and share within assigned territory.
• Contact key personnel pre-selling products, promotions, displays and POS materials.
• Develop beverage shelf reallocations to maximize brand sales.
• Participate in installing revamped beverage sections and displays per merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise brands in the beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Assist in vendor changes in chain stores; monitor operation, cleanliness, and stock.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports on promotions, competition, and space allocations.
• Ensure back stock is available for in-store stocking and merchandising.
