Job summary

Albany Med Health System is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for its Master’s degree Physician Assistant program. This full-time, year-round role manages admissions, recruitment, applications, and enrollment processes and provides administrative support to the graduate program.

The position requires excellent communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Reporting to the program director, you will prescreen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain CASPA/WebAdmit

Responsibilities

• Communicate with applicants about requirements and enrollment.
• Maintain CASPA and WebAdmit presence.
• Pre-screen applicants for eligibility.
• Assign and track applications as reviewed.
• Schedule interviews with applicants and interviewers.
• Maintain notes from Admissions Committee.
• Coordinate orientation for new students.
• Assess the admissions process for growth and accreditation.
• Provide departmental administrative support.
