US Career Partners in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Urgent Care NP or PA to provide comprehensive acute care on a full-time or per diem basis during night and weekend shifts. You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a community outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute/urgent conditions.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, POC tests).

• Perform procedures (laceration repair, splinting, wound care).
• Triage and manage multiple patients in a high-volume urgent care setting.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team including specialists and primary care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform procedures including laceration repair, splinting, wound care, and other indicated interventions
• Triage and manage multiple patients efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume urgent care environment
• Collaborate within a fully integrated internal care team spanning urgent care, specialists, and primary care services
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, discharge instructions, and follow‑up care
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and up‑to‑date medical documentation in accordance with established standards
• Adhere to all applicable clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards of practice

Qualifications:

• Current and valid NP or PA certification and licensure
• Prior urgent care experience — required
