HCRC consulting in Franklin Park, NJ, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a full-time urgent care position. The team includes Board-Ccertified EM physicians and skilled clinicians in a modern facility with on-site diagnostics, X-ray, EKG, and lab services.

You’ll evaluate patients of all ages, perform urgent care exams, order tests, develop treatment plans, and educate families. On-site support and a collaborative environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey PA or NP license.
• Ability to treat patients across all ages.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Perform comprehensive urgent care examinations.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, EKGs, and other diagnostic studies.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Perform common urgent care procedures, including suturing, laceration repair, I&D, splinting, and wound care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team to provide outstanding patient care.

What You'll Do

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Active New Jersey PA or NP license
• Prior Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
• Experience performing urgent care procedures, including suturing and I&D
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
