US Career Partners in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Urgent Care NP or PA to provide comprehensive acute care on a full-time or per diem basis during night and weekend shifts. You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a community outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Current and valid NP or PA certification and licensure.
• Urgent care experience — required.
• Strong clinical acumen across acute/urgent presentations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute/urgent conditions.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, POC tests).
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and urgent presentations.
• Perform procedures (laceration repair, splinting, wound care).
• Triage and manage multiple patients in a high-volume urgent care setting.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team including specialists and primary care.
