Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant ABA in Pennsylvania to provide in-community behavioral health support to clients aged 21. The role leads assessments, develops ITPs, and implements ABA strategies under licensed supervision.

Strong documentation, clinical insight, and collaboration with families and schools are essential. Responsibilities include treating clients, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring progress toward treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with relevant experience or practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• LICENSURE as LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/psychologist or equivalent with scope to supervise ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
