Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant ABA to provide in-community behavioral health support for clients aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families and schools to implement individualized treatment plans.

The role includes direct care and supervision, requiring strong clinical insight, documentation skills, and a passion for empowering youth.

Qualifications

• PA licensure or eligibility to oversee ABA services.
• BCBA or equivalent graduate certification preferred.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field required; experience in mental health with youth acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA strategies as prescribed by licensed professionals.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support progress.
• Provide clinical oversight and maintain documentation aligned with treatment goals.

Education

Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist

BCBA certification or graduate-level behavior analysis certification

Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
