Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Leader to oversee Central and Eastern PA projects from multiple PA offices. You will set the vision, drive business development, manage staff, and ensure the financial success of the bridge inspection group across PA, coordinating with PennDOT and Turnpike authorities.

A PA PE license and 10+ years of bridge inspection experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer License in Pennsylvania required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Bridge Inspection.
• Experience with PennDOT and PennDOT Central Office/PTC.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing and new market presence in area through marketing and business development.
• Manage financial budget for department and allocate resources accordingly.
• Lead and coordinate bridge inspection staff across PA offices.
• Develop proposals, statements of interest, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and internal teams.
