Job summary

Brooksource in Maitland, FL is seeking a Mid-Level Project Controls Specialist to support planning, scheduling, and cost control on large utility and EPC projects. You will develop, maintain, and analyze schedules using Primavera P6, partner with project teams, and support EVM and forecasting with SAP and EcoSys.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in utility/EPC and 3–5 years P6 experience, plus strong CPM, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project controls experience in utility, power delivery, or EPC.
• 3–5 years hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
• Strong CPM, schedule development, resource loading, baseline management, and progress updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated schedules in Primavera P6.
• Create Level 1–3 schedules and monitor critical path, resource loading, and progress.
• Maintain schedule logic, baseline schedules, and change management processes.
• Prepare schedule status reports for management and clients.
• Support cost reporting, cash flow forecasts, EVM, and earned value tracking.
• Assist EPC planning, scheduling, logistics, and cost control.
