Job summary

Schlumberger Limited is seeking a P&SC Logistics Specialist to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions. You will manage daily logistics in a manufacturing or distribution setting, ensuring adherence to procedures and terms. Strong ERP/SAP experience and fluent English are required.

You will drive lead-time and cost improvements, manage POs, and coordinate with planning, production, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or two years’ experience in a supply chain specialist role.
• Commitment to positive change across the supply chain organization.
• Lean / Six Sigma experience helpful.
• Clear and effective communicator with English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute and own the logistics plan for purchased items via assigned freight channels.
• Coordinate with planning, production, and warehouse teams to align operations.
• Comply with logistics procedures and vendor contracts.
• Identify opportunities to reduce lead time and costs; improve on-time delivery.
• Maintain open POs from collection through customs, delivery and payment.
• Manage shipment discrepancies including lost/damaged orders and insurance claims.
• Ensure adherence to approved freight forwarder agreements and SLB policies.
• Assist in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies; reduce waste of time and resources.
• Perform other duties as directed by the manager.

SLB is seeking a motivated P&SC Logistics Specialist to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business.

TheLogisticsSpecialistis responsible for the dailylogisticsactivities in amanufacturing ordistribution center. TheLogisticsSpecialistparticipates inensuring compliance withlogisticsprocedures and ensuring that all transactions are made in accordance with agreed terms and conditions. ThisLogisticsSpecialistreports to theLogistics Leaderfor their assignedlocation.

JobDuties/Responsibilities:

• Execute and own thelogisticsplan for purchased items in accordancewiththeir assigned freight channels.
• Participate in planning reviews and alignment ofoperationswithplanning and production teams.
• Subscribe to and comply withlogisticsprocedures.
• Identify opportunitiesfor improving lead time, cost reduction and on time delivery.
• Maintainopen purchase ordertracking(POs) fromready for collection through customs clearance, material delivery and freight forwarder payment.
• Manageshipment discrepancies including lost or damaged in-transit orders, including filing insurance claims.
• Ensure that the center adheres to SLB approvedfreight forwarderagreements and contracts.
• Supportplanning and warehousefunctionsin resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
• Complete actions to continuously reduce wasted time, money and resources.
• Comply with SLB and local procedures applicable to the job function.
• All other duties as directed by their manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degreepreferred, or equivalent minimum oftwo(2) years’ experience in a supply chainspecialistrole.
• Demonstrated commitment to making and communicating a culture of positive change throughout the supply chain organization.
• Exhibit problem solving skills.
• Continuous process improvement mindset, including experience with Lean / Six Sigma.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP Systems (E.g. SAP).
• Clearand effective communicator, able to convey complex concepts in both individual and group settings.
• Fluent in English, with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Mustbe authorized towork in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
