Anova is seeking a Director for Industrial Gas & Chemical to own P&L, shape product strategy, and drive revenue growth across a global industrial gas and chemical vertical. This executive role collaborates with Sales, Product/Engineering, Data & AI, Operations, and Finance to align priorities and deliver customer-focused outcomes.

The Director will set the vertical vision, lead a Vertical Product Manager, and partner with the CTO and CDAO to advance platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• This role requires a minimum of 10+ years in business leadership or product/commercial roles in industrial markets.
• Proven P&L ownership with measurable revenue growth and strategic impact.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product/market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the verticals' go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
• Drive customer outcomes and align sales, product, data, and operations around a common vision.
• Lead executive-level collaboration with CEO and senior teams on strategic planning and capital allocation.
• Represent the business at industry events and maintain strong customer partnerships.
