Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Senior Product Director to lead product management for Industrial Gas Plants within the Applied Technologies Business Unit. You will drive lifecycle management, strategy, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize sales, market share, and product positioning on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience with related equipment, preferably in technical sales, project management, or general management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or Business with relevant work experience
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing/engineering environment is strongly preferred
• Equivalent combination of experience and skills may be considered

Responsibilities

• Life Cycle Management: manage product journey from idea, through development and retirement.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: develop and execute a clear strategy and multi-year roadmap for the product category.
• Market Research & Value Proposition: conduct market, industry and competitive analysis to identify needs and trends.
• Continuous Product Improvement: develop manufacturing processes, features, and cost-effective improvements.
• Identifying Customer Needs: close interaction with customers and sales to define requirements.
• Understanding Market Trends: proactively pursue opportunities for existing or new products.
• Understanding Competitor Landscape: gain insights into competitors' offerings and differentiators.
• New Product Development and Innovation: identify opportunities, build business cases and lead VOC research.
• Working with Cross Functional Teams: align configurations with market needs and support go-to-market strategies.
• Inorganic Developments / Growth Opportunities: identify quarterly inorganic growth opportunities.

Education
