Job summary

Austin Allen Inc. is seeking a General Manager for its food manufacturing operation in Philadelphia, PA. This entrepreneurial leader will be accountable for the plant’s financials and all technical functions—engineering, maintenance, quality, safety, production and warehousing.

You’ll own the P&L, set pricing strategy, drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and lead the plant’s overall strategy and culture. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role with no remote option.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
• P&L ownership, budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategy.
• Strong technical and engineering knowledge for maintenance, reliability, capital projects and CI.
• Experience leading in a union environment.
