Qualifications

• 18+ years of age requirement.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience, preferably in POPEYES management.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and its impact on profitability.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service knowledge.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant P&L and manage labor to meet profitability goals.
• Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development and operations management.
• Recruit, select, coach, and retain restaurant staff to build an effective team.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, security and fire standard compliance.
• Uphold Popeyes brand programs, LTOs and core products with operational excellence.
• Engage with community to support local marketing initiatives.
