Pape-Dawson Engineers in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to serve as Project Manager for our residential land development team. You will lead design, client communication, permitting, and overall project management from concept through construction support, balancing client expectations, technical quality, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or similar from an ABET accredited college
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in TX
• 6+ years of land development design experience
• Proven ability to identify new opportunities with existing clients and develop new client partnerships
• Overtime may be required

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a dynamic group of engineers and technical staff to serve our clients well
• Engage in the proposal and client agreement development and execution
• Manage land development design projects from conception to completion including estimating costs
• Develop trusting professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders
• Coordinate project tasks, budgets and schedules to respect client timelines
• Champion the professional development of each project team member
• Contribute to development of company design and production standards
• Be open to new ways of accomplishing goals
• Seek guidance from other leaders and be open to suggestions in project management
• Participate in professional associations and civic organizations
