Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to serve as Project Manager on our residential land development team. The role leads design, client communication, permitting, and overall project management from concept to construction.

Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited), a TX P.E. license, and 6+ years of land development experience, with strong leadership and client relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in TX.
• 6+ years of land development design experience.
• Proven ability to identify new opportunities with existing clients and develop new partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic group of engineers and technical staff.
• Manage land development design projects from conception to completion, including cost estimation.
• Coordinate with clients and public agency officials to ensure timely delivery and permit approvals.
• Balance client expectations, technical quality, budget, and schedule while guiding projects through design and construction support.
