Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to serve as Project Manager on our residential land development team. The role leads design, client communication, permitting, and overall project management from concept to construction.

Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited), a TX P.E. license, and 6+ years of land development experience, with strong leadership and client relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in TX.
• 6+ years of land development design experience.
• Proven ability to identify new opportunities with existing clients and develop new partnerships.

Responsibilities

Job Description:We are seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to serve as a Project Manager within our residential land development team in The Woodlands, TX.This position will lead project design, client communication, permitting, and overall project management for a wide range of residential development projects. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with our in-house civil engineers, landscape architects, land planners, transportation professionals, and surveyors to deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions for public, private, and mixed-use developments.
