Job summary

Pape-Dawson is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to serve as Project Manager for our residential land development team in The Woodlands, TX. You will lead design efforts, communicate with clients, and oversee permitting from concept through construction.

The role requires mentoring engineers and technicians, coordinating with in-house specialists, and developing project budgets and schedules to deliver high-quality, timely solutions for public, private, and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in TX.
• 6+ years of land development design experience.
• Experience in proposal development and client agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers and technicians.
• Manage land development design projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate client communications and manage expectations.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Support permit application processes and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to design standards and company best practices.
