Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers in The Woodlands, TX seeks a licensed Professional Engineer to serve as Project Manager on our residential land development team. You will lead design, client communication, permitting, and overall project management for a range of residential developments.

Collaborate with in-house civil engineers, landscape architects, land planners, and surveyors to deliver high-quality solutions from concept through construction, balancing client expectations, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering.
• Texas P.E. license required.
• 6+ years land development design experience.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and win new work.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee design, permitting, and project management from concept to construction support.
• Develop proposals and client agreements.
• Manage budgets and schedules while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with in-house specialists and public agencies.
• Build client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
