Job summary

CoVerica Insurance is seeking a Director of Sales - Property & Casualty (Commercial Lines) in Dallas. This role reports to the President/CEO and Chief Development Officer, leading a team of Commercial Lines producers while maintaining your own book.

You will coach, train, and develop the team, set KPIs, and drive growth in a high-service, employee-owned environment. A Texas P&C license and 5+ years of leadership in commercial lines are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance/Risk Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of Commercial Lines / P&C sales experience.
• 5-10 years of sales management, coaching, or producer development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial insurance sales, underwriting, and agency operations.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with track record of developing producers.
• Industry certifications (CIC, CPCU, CRM) are a plus.
• Experience with AMS360 and/or Salesforce Connect is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coaching & Sales Leadership: drive strategic sales initiatives and coach a team of producers.
• New Business Development: prospect, develop, and close Commercial Lines opportunities.
• Marketing & Performance Analytics: oversee marketing initiatives and analyze performance metrics.
