Job summary

CoVerica, a premier, employee-owned independent insurance agency in Dallas, seeks a Director of Sales - P&C to drive strategic growth across Commercial and Personal Lines. You will coach two sales teams, manage your own book, and align initiatives with top executives to exceed revenue targets.

You will train producers, lead new business development, and leverage market access for sustained growth in a culture of ownership and integrity.

Qualifications

Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance/Risk Management, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of Commercial Lines/P&C sales experience.
Proven ability to build a Commercial Lines book of business.
5-10 years of sales management, coaching, or producer development experience.
Experience coaching Personal Lines is a plus.
Industry certifications (CIC, CPCU, CRM) are a plus.
Experience with AMS360 and Salesforce Connect is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership on strategic sales initiatives exceeding targets.
Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies for Commercial Lines and P&C.
Coach and develop Commercial Lines producers from onboarding to production.
Set production goals and KPIs with hands-on feedback.
Lead two teams with accountability and revenue growth.
Prospect new Commercial Lines opportunities and close new business.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize lead generation and costs.
