Job summary

PwC in the United States seeks a Risk Modeling Services P&C Manager to lead actuarial and risk modeling work that assesses financial risk through statistical modeling and data analysis. You will guide teams, coach staff, manage workstreams, and contribute to deliverables and client conversations within Assurance.

You will oversee model development and review, support timelines, and apply digital tooling to improve delivery and risk insights for insurance clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Fellow of Society of Actuaries or equivalent (certification may be waived with more experience).

Responsibilities

• Leading property and casualty risk modeling workstreams for insurance clients by reviewing actuarial assumptions, model structure, and deliverable timelines.
• Developing and interpreting financial risk models using statistical analysis software and actuarial methods.
• Coaching analysts and senior associates on modeling techniques and risk analysis.
• Reviewing analyses and deliverables for accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
• Managing project plans, budgets, and milestones across multiple engagements.
