Interactive Resources in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Insurance Sales/Account Representative for a contract-to-hire role. You will develop strategies to grow the sales pipeline, build client relationships, and present tailored insurance options.

You will manage inquiries, drive renewals, and cross-sell personal and commercial lines while leveraging CRM tools and MS Office in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years insurance experience.
• Personal lines experience required; commercial experience a plus.
• Active state Property & Casualty license; Personal Lines license required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develops strategies to generate new internal and external sales opportunities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with members/clients and prospects to drive renewals and referrals.
• Cross-sells to grow the company’s book through diverse product offerings.
• Uses phone, text, and email to drive sales efforts and follow up on inquiries.
• Presents product options to address client needs and enhances coverage as appropriate.
• Identifies opportunities to sell and cross-sell personal and commercial insurance products.
