Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems preferred.
• Previous Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business for DRH Insurance Group through prospecting, networking, community outreach, and phone-based outreach; meet with prospects by phone, in-person, and virtually to assess needs and present tailored insurance solutions; build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and referral relationships; achieve sales goals; provide excellent customer service; and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
