Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a proactive Customer Service professional to support insurance clients. This role focuses on responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, and educating customers on products and coverage options.

The ideal candidate will handle calls and messages with professionalism, maintain accurate client records, and collaborate with agents to ensure smooth service and issue resolution. A positive attitude and licensing in property & casualty are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Clear, friendly verbal and written communication.
• Strong multitasking and follow-through under pressure.
• Able to explain coverage options and answer questions efficiently.
• Experience in insurance or similar industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, coverage details, billing inquiries, and claims support
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages promptly while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Educate clients on insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage based on their needs
• Collaborate with agents and team members to ensure seamless client experiences and problem resolution
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the agency management system
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and ongoing relationship building
• Assist with quoting new policies and cross-selling additional products when appropriate
• Stay up to date on insurance products, company guidelines, and industry regulations
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
