Qualifications

• P&C license required or willingness to obtain within timeframe.
• Additional insurance industry training or certifications preferred.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance or related customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders.
• Answer questions about policies, billing, claims and account updates.
• Assist with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations and reinstatements.
• Process and maintain accurate documentation for policies and transactions.
• Educate customers on products, coverages and policy requirements.
• Support sales efforts through client outreach and relationship building.
• Perform outbound marketing calls and prospecting activities to generate opportunities.
• Coordinate with underwriters, claims adjusters, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Review policy information for accuracy and ensure compliance with procedures.
