Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent – P&C Licensed to join a mentor-led program in California. You will sell Property & Casualty policies, build a personal book of business, and deliver exceptional service within a supportive, growth-focused team.

The role offers hands-on training, progression opportunities, a flexible weekday schedule, life insurance and PTO, plus base pay with commissions and bonuses. Licenses preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Genuine willingness to learn and adapt to a sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to hit sales goals.
• Resilience in handling client objections.
• Experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred; license support available.

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Develop and manage a personal book of business through prospecting and referrals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Utilize mentorship and training resources to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options.
• Process applications, policy changes, and claims efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
