Job summary

Gobravvo in Colorado is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) to drive sales, advise clients, and service policies for individuals and small businesses. This full-time role offers growth opportunities with a focus on consultative selling, educating clients on policy options, and building lasting relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, the ability to initiate relationships from cold starts, and a Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within insurance or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and develop client relationships from a cold start.
• Property & Casualty insurance license (must have or be able to obtain as required by state law).

Responsibilities

• Sell and market insurance products to both existing clients and new customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-up calls and communications.
• Contact businesses and individuals by phone to promote insurance products, services, and referral programs.
• Educate clients on available insurance options and recommend policies that best address their needs.
• Document all interactions and follow-up activities within the company’s CRM system.
