We Insure Group in Austin, TX is seeking an Insurance Agent, P&C, to sell and service Property and Casualty policies in a busy call center. An active Texas P&C license is required, and candidates should have at least 2 years of experience selling P&C and handling multiple carriers.

This full-time, on-site role offers opportunities to cross-sell, renew, and rewrite policies, with a focus on meeting sales and retention goals while delivering consultative guidance to customers.

Qualifications

• Active Texas P&C license (2-20) required.
• 2+ years of Property & Casualty sales experience.
• Experience with multiple carriers.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service Property and Casualty policies in a call center.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound sales as needed.
• Quote, bind, rewrite, and re-shop policies with multiple carriers.
• Provide consultative coverage recommendations to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales and retention goals.
• Enter client data accurately in the Agency Management System.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, carriers, and partners.
• Complete required CSR trainings.
