Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
• Experience delivering insurance technology implementations and transformations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of P&C insurance technology projects, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.
• Drive project planning, sprint execution, milestone tracking, and release management.
• Establish and maintain project governance, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
