Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Principal for P&C Insurance in North America. The role requires advising executives, leading teams for digital transformation, and modernizing platforms within the P&C insurance space.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, project delivery leadership, and contributing to practice development. Travel to client sites is required, with compensation aligned to regional norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience with 2 years in comparable consulting services.
• Experience across the insurance value chain.
• Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Experience leading programs using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads client delivery teams and ensures projects reach completion.
• Manages client relationships and develops opportunities with senior-level stakeholders.
• Contributes to focus area development and thought leadership.
• Mentors and develops consultants on delivery teams.
• Aligns delivery with Infosys Consulting practices and client needs.
