Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant for P&C Insurance in North America to advise executives and lead teams through digital transformation, platform modernization, and data-driven initiatives across the insurance value chain.

You will drive client relationships, deliver high-quality outputs, and apply agile or hybrid methodologies while mentoring colleagues and shaping project outcomes. Travel to client sites is required, with a strong focus on strategic impact across the P&C domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a P&C insurer or comparable consulting services.
• Strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
• Experience in Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
