Team Focus Insurance Group is seeking a customer service professional with P&C experience to provide concierge service to insureds and agents. You will answer calls, assist with policy document requests, billing inquiries, and renewal reviews, while coordinating with underwriters to ensure renewals are bound.

The role requires 3–5 years in Property & Casualty insurance and may include bilingual (English/Spanish) communication.

Qualifikationen

• P&C knowledge and experience required.
• 2–4 years agency experience in Personal & Commercial Lines.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Call center experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Respond to incoming calls from policyholders and agents.
• Process policy documents, billing inquiries, or renewals.
• Locate policies, review for accuracy, and prepare for delivery.
• Coordinate with insureds, agents, and underwriters to ensure renewals bind.
• Set up accounts in the system and manage FNOS tasks.
• Maintain suspense on outstanding items and follow up.
