Qualifications

• 3+ years of P&C experience in agent support, underwriting, or agency operations.
• Training materials development experience.
• Experience in a startup-like environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with independent agents and agencies.
• Support production and ensure compliance.
• Guide agents through quoting systems and product selection.
