Job summary

Genentech is hiring for a People & Culture Enabling Support Network professional who will deliver proactive business support and administration. You will connect dots across functions to drive network-wide success, manage events, and streamline processes with embedded technology.

You will partner with stakeholders using agile methods, support travel and meeting logistics, and contribute to global, regional and local P&C initiatives in a hybrid on-site role in South San Francisco.

Qualifications

• University degree/commercial diploma (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Experience in People & Culture, business support, or event management.
• Ability to coordinate projects and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders using agile methods to manage projects and events.
• Provide tech support and process improvements within the network.
• Develop and support the P&C Enabling Support Network and related initiatives.
• Support global, regional and local P&C colleagues on travel, events, and meeting logistics.
• Handle local site requests; respond to line manager specifics.
