Job summary

Farm Family seeks a Business Analyst II on-site to support underwriting and strategic initiatives. You will liaise with underwriting and cross-functional teams, translate business needs into clear requirements, and contribute to project delivery.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Collaboration with CTS, actuarial, and compliance is expected to maximize efficiency and change impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Three or more years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the P&C underwriting processes, systems, and products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manages incoming requests, researching issues to identify root cause and assist with complex corrections.
• Evaluates defects and issues for potential workarounds with stakeholders until addressed.
• Gathers, identifies, and documents business requirements and testing criteria for service requests and projects.
• Validates requirements align with stakeholder needs and communicates advantages/disadvantages of alternatives.
• Manages stakeholder expectations and delivers an effective communication plan.
• Assesses impact, cost/benefit, and risk of changes; prioritizes changes and projects.
