Farm Family is seeking a P&A Business Analyst II to support underwriting objectives and drive successful project outcomes. The role focuses on researching issues, documenting requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience, with strong communication skills and a solid grounding in underwriting processes and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three or more years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound understanding of P&A underwriting processes, systems and products.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate with multiple business areas and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manages incoming requests, researching issues and production problems to identify root cause and assist with complex corrections.
• Evaluates defects and workarounds with business stakeholders until issues are addressed.
• Documents business requirements and testing criteria for requests and projects, coordinating with other BAs.
• Validates requirements align with stakeholder needs and communicates advantages/disadvantages of options.
