Qualifications

• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end rollout of the latest personal auto pricing programs across states.
• Gather and document product requirements and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Act as SME for pricing programs and provide recommendations to influence decisions.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and manage moderate to high complexity projects.
• Conduct analyses and in-depth research of competitors and filings as needed.
• Educate IT partners on business vision and impact of changes.
• Manage timelines, flag risks, and escalate blockers.
• Provide progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead job shadowing and provide training to junior analysts.
