Job summary

ALOIS Solutions seeks a Product Analyst with a strong P&C insurance background to lead state implementations for personal lines programs and drive telematics and discount initiatives.

You will partner with business, technology, and cross-functional teams to assess impacts, conduct analyses, and translate findings into strategic recommendations, including filings and implementation materials. Mentorship of junior analysts and project-management support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst with a strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance background to support product enhancement and state implementation initiatives, including Telematics and state discount programs.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute assigned state implementations for personal lines programs.
• Partner with business, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess impacts, conduct research, and develop strategic recommendations.
• Serve as a P&C Insurance subject matter expert for assigned states and workstreams.
• Perform advanced analysis, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Develop business artifacts, presentations, filings, and other implementation materials with strong attention to detail.
• Support stakeholder meetings, training, user support, and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to project management activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience (typically 5+ years preferred).
• Strong P&C Insurance experience, with regulatory experience highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, decision-making, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAS, Emblem, Python, Atlassian, or AI tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and show measurable KPIs/business impact.
