Novacore's NSM Insurance Brokers division seeks a P&C Account Manager in Conshohocken, PA, for a hybrid role focused on servicing and renewing commercial accounts.

You will market renewal business, analyze risk, prepare renewal quotes, and maintain client relationships with carriers. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years P&C experience, a P&C license (or must obtain within 30 days), and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Property & Casualty experience.
• Prior commercial lines account manager experience.
• Property and Casualty License, or to be obtained within the first 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Market and placement of renewal business.
• Perform risk analysis & preparation of applications for renewal business.
• Review and present to clients their preparation of quotes for coverages, exclusions and subjectivities.
• Maintain accounts by evaluating risk and providing coverage analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Responsible for daily service and processing in accordance with quality standards.
• Develop and maintain carrier/underwriter relationships.
• Maintain current market and product knowledge.
