Oyster Shucking Position involves obviously shucking oysters but also grilling oysters, bringing up sacks of oysters, cleaning up the bar, dumping trash, helping bartenders, interacting with guests at the bar, basic barbacking, and numerous other tasks. This position is hard but rewarding work.
