• Be mindful and safety cautious while shucking oysters.
• Assist with food preparation, kitchen line, and dishwashing as assigned.
• Uphold food quality including cooking temperatures and plate presentation.
• Be aware of contamination on reported allergies.
• Uphold raw bar cleanliness standards including sanitizing surfaces.
• Adhere to Health Department standards at all times; report concerns to manager.
• Uphold FIFO process with properly dated products.
• Uphold refrigerator storage safety measures including temperature logs.
• Report inventory and product needs to the manager.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• All other assigned duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and garnishes for service.
• Prepare menu items in a timely and efficient manner, upholding the appropriate temperature and consistency.
• Be mindful and safety cautious while shucking oysters.
• As assigned, assist with food preparation, kitchen line, and dishwashing.
• Uphold the food quality including cooking temperatures and plate presentation.

• Uphold the raw bar cleanliness standards including sanitizing surfaces.
• Adhere to the Health Department standards at all times within all kitchen operations. Immediately, report any concerns with the manager.
• Uphold the FIFO (First In, First Out) process to include all products are appropriately dated.
• Uphold the refrigerator food storage safety measures to include product placement and temperature logs.
• Report inventory and product needs to the manager.
• Uphold the company's policies and procedures.
• All other assigned duties.
